Returns Policy

Items that have been purchased from our site may be returned, exchanged or refunded for the following reasons:

- There is a manufacturing fault with the product that complies to the garentee given with the product, these faults must be known to us with in 24 hours of delivery or on a friday the next working day

- The item you have recieved is a different item to that you have ordered

- There are damages to the item (this excludes packaging only the item inside)

- The item that you have purchased is in its original state and in a re-sellable condition

- The item will remain your responsibility and delivery back to us will be at your own expense

Items that you have purchased from us may not be exchanged or refunded for the following reasons:

- The item has been damaged in any way or have marks, stains etc after delivery has been taken

- The item is not in a re-sellable condition and not in its original state from delivery

- It is not our fault you do not like the product and want to send it back we just supply the goods at a price BUT we will exchange for another product of your choice

- The item has no fault but has been used

- Upon return if we feel that the item has been used we will look further in to why this has been returned if its purely because the item is not what you wanted then we will not be giving a refund, we will exchange for something that you would be interested in

- All our items descriptions are correct and literature straight from the manufacturers, so therefore if you feel that a product you have recioeved is in correct it is your liability in your decision makling and the item's shall not be returned unless the items are in its original condition as recieved
